Software Project Management - Notion Template

Leading Cross-Domain Software Teams for a while now, I realised a need for a single repository which can hold all the data of a project right from planning - design - development - deployment.

We have been using separate tools for managing To-Dos, a separate tool for QA, Documentations and what not! This made it difficult to navigate and access resources related to a project.

This Notion Template helps you get a head start by giving you ready-made databases for tasks, feedbacks, milestones, wikis, queries, documentations etc. Withing the Tasks and Feedbacks, I have configured domain-specific and user-specific views with pre-defined filters and sorting added. The icing on the top would be the "My Tasks" page which has linked database of To-Dos and Feedbacks in a single view with the preconfigured filter of Assigned to - Me(Logged in User) to access all the tasks from a single place. So if you are working with a team, whoever logs in would see their assigned tasks across the project over there!
